Student Internships and Externships

Why internships?

-
During Internships Students learn about the day-to-day operations of their field, how it is organized and managed, daily work issues, and financial considerations.
-
Internships will also help students decide what segment of the industry is right for them.
-
Internships help students understand information presented in the classroom and let them apply what they have learned in a real world setting. Both are needed to be a successful manager in their chosen industry.
-
Internships will also provide students with powerful networking connections for future advancement, and for mentoring.
-
After graduation students will assume management roles in their chosen industry; as such they must be able to direct and lead employees working in hourly and supervisory positions in their company.
